About
Go Home Print’s mission is to showcase creativity through independent print and publishing. We are looking to work on a variety of print-based projects with artists and writers of all kinds. We believe in collaboration over competition, hoping to stimulate the independent arts scene by promoting and engaging with artists, writers, and designers. At our core, we want to cultivate an appreciation for the tangibility of printed matter, marrying traditional print sensibilities with the benefits of modern communication to reach a global audience.

Who We Are
Go Home Print is Emma Sharpe and Shanley Maguire, working out of Toronto, Canada. What started as a “hey bud let’s make a zine” text message quickly snowballed into what Go Home Print is today: a burgeoning independent print business with a quarterly self-titled magazine.
Emma and Shanley met in early 2011 (thanks to a Craigslist “roommate wanted” ad – actually -) and have been combining their interests and strengths ever since in creating the Go Home Project.
Emma Sharpe

Emma returned to her hometown of Toronto after graduating from Halifax’s Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in 2011, where she focused mainly on photography and media studies. She also spent a semester getting in touch with her Celtic roots on exchange at the Edinburgh College of Art in Scotland. There, she participated in overseas exhibitions and made lifelong global connections. After a year of full time work at a Toronto gallery and print house, Emma answered the entrepreneurial call and jumped head first into the Go Home Project. No regrets so far!
Shanley Maguire

Shanley, a true Calgarian at heart, is currently a student in Ryerson University’s Graphic Communications Management Program, learning the ins and outs of the wild world known as the print industry. She’s always been involved in creative projects in both Calgary and Toronto, but felt it was time to make one her own. As if being a fulltime student isn’t enough, Shanley runs a business like a pro while still getting A’s. She is Go Home’s resident print expert and the organizational force holding this whole thing together.
Rhodi Iliadou

The Go Home girls have been lucky enough to snag the talented graphic designer Rhodi Iliadou to lead their creative team. A proud Greek-Canadian, Rhodi has years of professional experience in both Europe and Canada, and, quite frankly, makes us look cool.
We love creativity, we love collaboration.
